With more clients turning to Guidant to review and prepare contracts, leases and operating agreements, the firm hired Law Clerk Alexandra (Allie) Glover to craft legal documents and help commercial litigation, transactional law and entertainment law clients meet important court deadlines.
At Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Allie also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Additionally, she won two prestigious CALI Awards for The Litigation Experience and Secured Transactions.
Allie is a familiar face in the Guidant offices after working as an intern in Spring 2021. “Guidant is the only firm where I want to work,” she said. “It is absolutely my home and I’m very happy to be here.”
