With a background in business management and a passion for law, Law Clerk Alexandra (Allie) Glover is instrumental in crafting legal documents and meeting important court deadlines for Guidant clients.

As a law clerk, Allie also reviews transactional documents including contracts, leases and operating agreements. During the past three years, Allie has interned at several Arizona law firms, obtaining experience in numerous practice areas. At Guidant, she focuses on commercial litigation, transactional law, and entertainment law.

Obtaining her marketing management degree from Western Governors University and mentoring start-up businesses for a national nonprofit heightened Allie’s understanding of the challenges businesses face and inspired her to study the law to better address them. At Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. She demonstrated her potential as a litigator by winning the CALI Award for The Litigation Experience, and her potential as a transactional attorney by winning the CALI Award for Secured Transactions.

Proficient in German, Allie is a distance runner who also enjoys spending time with her family.
