Newly appointed as President Elect by the State Bar of Arizona, Sam Saks will aid incoming President and attorney Ted Schmidt in providing input and guidance for the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors and the Bar’s 18,000+ members.
“It’s an honor to be selected for this position,” Sam said. “I look forward to continuing to help members of the public and attorneys in enhancing the provision of legal services in Arizona.”
The president-elect designation comes a mere two months after the announcement of Sam’s re-election as Maricopa County Representative by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Governors.
Sam has nearly 20 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation and tort litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, mediation and appeal. In addition to his legal practice, he volunteers to conduct numerous settlement conferences in civil cases.
