After 13 years of service on the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors that culminated in his receiving the 2022 President’s Award, Sam Saks was elected Secretary-Treasurer. In his new role, Sam is responsible for the safekeeping and management of all organization funds and financial records as well as providing accurate minutes of meetings.
Sam continues to serve as chair of the State Bar of Arizona Strategic Planning Work Group, and is also a member of the Judicial Performance Review Conference Team.
A respected member of the legal community who has successfully secured millions in settlements for his commercial and personal injury law clients, Sam is a certified arbitrator for Maricopa County Superior Court and serves on the board of Arizona Foundation of Legal Services and Education.
