To ensure employees are prepared for retirement, Salt River Project (SRP) invited Scott Jensen back for the sixth straight year to share key estate planning insights and updates. More than 300 employees attended the pre-retirement seminar, which also included experts in financial planning and human resources.
In addition to outlining recent changes to laws governing probate limits, inherited IRAs, digital assets and estate taxes for individual and married couples, Scott addressed wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and asset transfers in his 45-minute presentation.
A member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Probate and Trust Law Section, Scott devises estate planning, probate and trust administration solutions to help individuals, families and businesses protect and secure their assets for lasting legacies.
