In collaboration with the State Bar of Arizona, ABC15 Arizona hosted a live phone bank, offering residents the opportunity to speak directly with insurance law experts. Among the expert volunteers was Partner Sam Saks who provided callers with valuable insight on Arizona’s insurance laws and claims processes.
This marks the second consecutive year that Sam has volunteered for the event, showcasing his commitment to the community. As he spoke with callers, Sam answered questions about claim denials, lawsuits and timelines for payment from insurers.
The event was broadcast live, where the team of volunteers answered more than 100 consumer questions to help Arizonans better understand their insurance policies and the legal landscape surrounding claims.
