After Guidant expanded its services and Arizona locations by merging with estate planning and probate firm Brown & Jensen, Lamar Hawkins sat down with Phoenix Business Journal to discuss how the merger transpired and Guidant’s resulting plans for growth.
Lamar shared how the firm expects to add one or two more attorneys, as well as three support staff members. Amidst a competitive and tough market to find quality people, Guidant is highly selective in its hiring, seeking strong contenders to address increased demand for legal services.
