For the seventh consecutive year, Salt River Project (SRP) invited Scott Jensen to provide essential estate planning insights and updates to help employees prepare for their retirement. More than 170 employees attended the pre-retirement seminar, which also featured financial planning and HR experts.
Scott covered recent updates on laws governing probate limits, inherited IRAs, digital assets and estate taxes for both individuals and married couples. He also discussed wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and asset transfers.
A member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Probate and Trust Law Section, Scott devises estate planning, probate and trust administration solutions to help individuals, families and businesses protect and secure their assets for lasting legacies.
