Smith Saks Kuzmich is now Guidant Law; D. Lamar Hawkins Brings Bankruptcy Practice to Firm
Big changes are afoot. And we’re excited about them.
To reflect our expanded team, practice areas and a renewed energy to take on 2020, we are excited to roll out our new branding as Guidant Law.
New Name, Same Philosophy
A play on the word “guide,” we believe Guidant Law is a better representation of our firm moving forward. We’ve always put our clients first, reliably guiding them through the challenges (and successes!) of life. We offer trusted expertise, a focused and thorough approach, and the skills to match.
Now, we’re prepared and looking forward to helping even more people. It’s a different name but we retain the same philosophy: providing second-to-none service, unparalleled value, and practical solutions.
Expanded Practice Areas and a New Face
Along the same lines, we recently brought on a new partner, D. Lamar Hawkins. Lamar adds a highly reputable and longstanding practice focused on bankruptcy, workouts and creditors’ rights. He shares our same goals and commitment to personalized service, rounding our already-diverse range of practice areas. We’re proud to have a highly skilled and experience attorney like Lamar on our team.
Our practice areas now include:
- Bankruptcy, workouts, and creditors’ rights
- Business and corporate law
- Cannabis law
- Commercial litigation
- Construction law
- Entertainment law
- Estate planning, wills, and trusts
- Insurance disputes
- Intellectual property
- Mediation and arbitration
- Personal injury
- Real estate law
How Can Guidant Help You?
We have a new name, but you’ll see the same familiar faces at our firm. We remain committed to our community and clientele – we’re happy to provide even more practice areas to our valued clientele.
