In the webinar, Gary explained who qualifies for mechanic’s liens, what problems arise when trying to sell a property with a mechanic’s lien attached to it and how sellers, buyers and real estate agents can obtain or remove them.
Among the most well-known voices in Arizona contracting and construction law, Gary has written numerous books, manuals and articles, including the only book on regulation before the register of contractors. He is also the co-author of Construction Lien Law in Arizona, a Practice Manual.
