On the heels of many arbitration institutions around the world reporting growth in case loads and claim amounts in 2020, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) invited Gary Smith to join its Consumer Arbitration Panel as a neutral mediator to help administer fair consumer disputes.
Gary, who has a Certificate in Advanced Mediation from Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, is highly skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Additionally, he educates Arizona businesses on the topic, most recently quoted in Az Business and writing an opinion column for Phoenix Business Journal.
