For the second time in three years, Gary Smith and the Arizona Cannabis Bar Association (ACBA) received the State Bar of Arizona’s Presidential Award for their upcoming seminar at the 2022 Annual Convention in June. Of the more than 40 seminars scheduled, only eight were chosen for the award, which recognizes superior quality.
Gary, who founded ACBA and serves as president, will not only moderate the panel, but also assembled a roster of participants qualified to provide a cannabis law update and discuss social equity. The diverse panel and the seminar’s anticipated appeal to Bar members were key considerations for the Presidential Award.
