The information you provide as part of the SMS consent process, including your phone number, will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Guidant™ does not share SMS phone numbers or SMS consent information with third-party websites, platforms, or advertisers. Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used solely for the purposes described below.

Third-party service providers (such as RingCentral) may process SMS communications strictly on Guidant™’s behalf for the limited purpose of delivering text messages. These providers are not permitted to use SMS phone numbers or consent for their own purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Guidant™, you may receive messages related to the following:

Appointment reminders or scheduling updates

Follow-up messages based on your inquiry or request

Billing communications or account-related questions

Service updates, notifications, or time-sensitive information

Promotional messages (if ever used) will only be sent if you have expressly opted in to receive promotional or marketing SMS messages.
