With an impressive track record of dedication and service to the State Bar of Arizona, Guidant attorney Sam Saks was recently appointed to Vice President of the Board of Governors, which oversees policy making and operations.
Sam will help the Board fulfill its mission of protecting the public and enhancing the legal profession. He previously served as Secretary-Treasurer. Additionally, Sam currently serves as Chair of the Bar’s Strategic Planning Work Group.
A respected member of the legal community who has successfully secured millions in settlements for his commercial and personal injury law clients, Sam is a certified arbitrator for Maricopa County Superior Court and also serves on the board of Arizona Foundation of Legal Services and Education.
