When the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court wanted to learn about the intricacies of the cannabis industry, it turned to Guidant attorneys Gary Smith and Lamar Hawkins for help. Speaking to Arizona judges, lawyers, legal educators and law students, Gary and Lamar shared a wealth of information.
